Centre for Online and Distance Education Shoolini Univ hosts awareness Programme

The Center for Online and Distance Education at Shoolini University (SCDOE) organised a two-day faculty awareness programme on the current online and distance education programmes and courses.

The session was inaugurated by the Chancellor, Prof. P.K. Khosla, and in his introductory address, he said, ” Padne ki koi Umar Nahi Hoti “. Mr. Ashish Khosla, President of Innovation and Marketing, stated on the occasion that technology has changed and that anyone, at any age, can study while working and running a business. Mr. Ashish also announced a special incentive for the faculty and staff of Shoolini University and motivated them to create awareness about the benefits of online and distance education.

The main highlight of the programme was the screening of a short film, “Saas Bahu aur Online Degree,” which was focused on the benefits of online education and was followed by a short role play by the SCDOE team emphasising the difference between online and distance education and the centre’s proposed fees and incentives.

The programme was designed to highlight the importance of online and distance learning. The untiring efforts of the faculty were cherished through a short appreciation video. Dr. Ashoo Khosla, Chief Learning Officer, Dr. Sunil Puri, Registrar, Shoolini University, and Dr. Amar Raj Singh, Director, Shoolini Centre for Online and Distance Education, along with deans, directors, faculty, and staff, Shoolini University, attended the session.
