The course will be closed after getting approval from the government. Around 40 students are studying in this university. These students have to be sent to another university. On the other hand, 20 people, including the owner of the university, Rajkumar Rana, have been made accused by the police SIT in the alleged fake degree case.
Manav Bharti University is accused of allotting about 46,000 fake degrees. The report of the sample sent to the Forensic Lab Junga to the Special Investigation Team (SIT) of the police has arrived. In this, the booklet has been tampered with by the university staff. It is alleged that Maharashtra, Bihar, Jammu and Kashmir, Haryana, Delhi, Gujarat, Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Punjab, Uttar Pradesh, Himachal and Bangalore are involved. It is alleged that this forgery of selling degrees was going on since 2010.
