Health and Hygiene Awareness:
The camp commenced with a series of activities aimed at raising awareness about cleanliness and hygiene. Initiatives such as **Swachhta Pakhwada**, village cleaning drives, and health-related surveys were conducted both within the university and in the surrounding villages. These efforts were instrumental in highlighting the critical importance of maintaining a clean and hygienic environment.

Educational Initiatives:
Educational sessions formed a core part of the camp’s agenda. Volunteers and community members participated in informative sessions about common diseases, their symptoms, and necessary precautions. Additionally, discussions on mental health issues like depression and drug awareness provided valuable insights, equipping participants with the knowledge to better manage and prevent these challenges.

Community Engagement:
The NSS volunteers engaged extensively with local villagers through surveys and awareness campaigns. One of the key highlights was the promotion of the **Ayushman Bharat health card**, which emphasizes the benefits of accessible healthcare. The volunteers’ efforts in advocating for a healthy lifestyle were well-received, fostering a collaborative spirit between the university and the community.

Creative Recycling:
A unique activity titled “Reinventing the Refuse” underscored the importance of waste management. Volunteers showcased innovative ways to recycle and repurpose waste materials, demonstrating that creativity can play a vital role in sustainability. This activity not only educated participants on effective waste management practices but also encouraged them to think creatively about recycling.

Cultural and Physical Activities:
The camp also featured a blend of cultural and physical activities designed to foster a sense of community and well-being. The celebration of **International Yoga Day** was a significant highlight, led by physiotherapy students and Ms. Ankita Thakur, the NSS Program Officer and Yoga instructor. The session was honored by the presence of special guest Dr. TR Bhardwaj and Student Welfare Officer Ms. Sushma Singh. Additionally, a vibrant cultural program brought together participants, reinforcing the camp’s message of unity and collective well-being.
