BUEST Students Gain Industry Insights at Macleods Pharmaceutical Ltd.

Solan, May 17, 2024: The School of Pharmacy and Emerging Sciences (SPES) at Baddi University of Emerging Sciences and Technology (BUEST) organized an industrial visit for Pharmacy students to Macleods Pharmaceutical Ltd., Baddi, Himachal Pradesh, on May 17, 2024. This visit provided students with invaluable insights into the practical aspects of pharmaceutical manufacturing and quality control.

Macleods Pharmaceutical Ltd., a leading company renowned for its innovative approach to drug development and manufacturing, specializes in producing a wide range of pharmaceutical formulations, including tablets, capsules, and topical solutions. The visit aimed to bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and real-world application for the students.

Upon arrival, the students were welcomed by Mr. Amreek Singh, Manager at Macleods Centre of Excellence, Baddi. He provided an overview of the company’s operations and guided the students through various departments, highlighting the practical applications of their academic studies.
