“Boosting Tourism: Ministry of Tourism Hosts Workshop on Incredible India Bed & Breakfast/Homestay Scheme in Shimla”

The Ministry of Tourism, Government of India (Northern Region), organized a workshop at Hotel Holiday Home HPTDC, Shimla, on December 21, 2023, focusing on the Incredible India Bed & Breakfast/Homestay Scheme. Esteemed speakers, including Dr. RK Suman, Mr. Mukul Dimri, Mr. Varun Sharma, Mr. Narender Bhardwaj, Mr. Vikram Singh, Mr. Awanish Mishra, and Ms. Aanchal, shared valuable insights on the scheme, NIDHI+ portal, and various aspects of Bed and Breakfast and Homestay. The event witnessed active participation from approximately 90 Bed & Breakfast/Homestay owners and tourism stakeholders, further enhancing the tourism ecosystem in the Northern Region.
