Blood donation camp organised at Shoolini Univ

Shoolini University, in collaboration with Postgraduate Institute of Medical Education and Research (PGIMER), Chandigarh. and other medical organisations, organised a blood donation camp to address blood shortages and promote health awareness. The event saw an overwhelming response, with a total of 101 registrations.
Committed to sustainability, the university adopted eco-friendly practices such as digital record-keeping and the use of biodegradable materials, minimising the environmental footprint of the initiative. The camp was managed by dedicated student volunteers who ensured a seamless experience for donors, prioritising their comfort and well-being.
Highlighting the university’s commitment to community welfare, Mrs. Poonam Nanda, Director of Sustainability and Community Projects, stated, “Our blood donation camps consistently exceed expectations. These initiatives not only enhance regional blood availability but also align with the Sustainable Development Goals, reinforcing our dedication to serving the community.”
