BJP to play Frontline Role in World’s Biggest Vaccination Drive : Suresh Kashyap

Shimla, March 12 – In a meeting held virtually where all office bearers of state BJP, MP, MLA, incharge Avinash Rai Khanna , Co Incharge Sanjay Tandon, former Chief Minister Prem Kumar Dhumal were present and Rajya Sabha MP and National Convernor for Vaccination Drive Dr Anil Jain.
State President Suresh Kashyap Said The biggest Covid vaccination drive is in process under the most popular leader, our Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji More than two crore people have been vaccinated till now and justifying the spirit of ‘Vasudhaiv Kutumbakam’ we have exported vaccine to 47 countries for which the entire nation is in all praise for Hon’ble Prime Minister.
He said Today, a number of scientists and those involved in the research of vaccines deserve praise, who were engaged day and night for the past several months in developing vaccines against the Corona. They did not care for any festival, day or night. It usually takes years to develop a vaccine. But, in such a short time, not one, but two ‘Made in India’ vaccines have been developed. Not only that, many more vaccines are also progressing at a rapid pace. This is a shining proof of India’s strength, India’s scientific proficiency and India’s talent.
For this drive Ratan Pal Singh has been made incharge of state BJP and sumit sharma has been made co incharge.
He said Hon’ble National President Shri Jagat Prakash Nadda said that ‘Sewa Hi Sangathan’ has been our constant motto. Accordingly, our party karyakartas will undertake some tasks to make Covid-19 Vaccination drive a grand success.
Addressing the meeting Dr Anil Jain Said Door to door contact campaign for sensitizing people for vaccination will be taken up by state BJO. He said People aged 60+ and between 45 to 60 with co-morbidity are being vaccinated in this ongoing phase. COWIN Portal and Aarogya Setu App have been integrated for registration, help the needy persons with required documents to get registered on the App.
He said Party HELP DESK to be set up at every public places, various community centers and vaccination centers in all mandal levels for awareness campaigns and necessary help to public at large. Arrangements to be made for commuting of elderly and sick people to the vaccination sites and hospitals and drop them back.
He further added Arrangements to be done for safe drinking water at the vaccination sites. Awareness campaign to be also done in the society to sensitize the people about vaccination drive through various Media & Social Media and other mode of communications. Public representative an office bearers should visit various vaccination center and provide necessary help to the extent possible on the humanitarian grounds. In order to ensure effective planning and monitoring of the campgains, some office bearer should be given responsibilities at State, District and Mandal level to take the vaccination drive a successful campaign . All MPs, MLAS and other public representatives to ensure their active role in this great vaccination drive.
