BJP Himachal Chief’s Brother Arrested in Solan on Rape Charges

Ram Kumar Bindal, elder brother of BJP Himachal Pradesh president Dr. Rajeev Bindal, has been arrested by Solan police following allegations of rape by a 25-year-old woman. The accused, 75, was taken for a medical evaluation after being summoned for questioning. The incident reportedly occurred at his clinic near the former bus stop on October 8. Solan SP Gaurav Singh confirmed the case and police are investigating further.
