BJP Focused on Service, Not Just Politics: Dr. Rajeev Bindal

Dharamshala, Sept 10: BJP State President Dr. Rajeev Bindal said that the party stands by the principle of “Seva Hi Sangathan”, emphasizing that BJP is not merely a political organization but one that serves the nation and society, especially in times of disaster.

He flagged off 5 trucks carrying essential relief material for the disaster-affected families of Chamba, accompanied by Leader of Opposition & former CM Jai Ram Thakur. The relief included rice, flour, pulses, sugar, oil, mattresses, tarpaulins, sanitary pads, and daily essentials, mobilized through contributions from BJP workers and support from BJP-led states.

Dr. Bindal expressed gratitude to Haryana CM Nayab Singh Saini, UP CM Yogi Adityanath (who sent 39 trucks of relief supplies), Assam CM Himanta Biswa Sarma, and Tripura for extending large consignments of aid to Himachal Pradesh. He also highlighted that over 12,000 BJP workers have been actively involved in relief efforts, distributing more than 10,000 ration kits and other essentials to disaster-hit families since day one.
