Mandi,
BJP State President Dr. Rajiv Bindal inaugurated Pangalipur of Syanj Panchayat in Nachan Assembly Constituency and Sainj and Bakhli Kuklah in Siraj Assembly Constituency. Bindal said that the demand has come from the affected people that they are getting sufficient rations, but there are no utensils for cooking. Regarding this, the BJP decided through a virtual meeting in 17 organizational districts that all BJP workers will pledge to deliver 1000 utensil kits to the affected people within the next 48 hours. Bindal said that as soon as the decision was taken, the Ghumarwin Assembly Constituency immediately sent a vehicle carrying utensil kits to Siraj, which had more than 100 kits. The BJP workers are coordinating with the polling booth workers for the manufacture of these kits.
What is a utensil kit?
BJP state president Dr. Rajiv Bindal said that the utensils kit will contain 1 cooker, 1 pan, 6 plates, glasses, bowls, spoons, chakla, rolling pin, bucket, mug, etc. You can also refer to this kit as a miniature kitchen. This is a small service effort by the BJP by distributing this kit and the loss on the ground is very high, which cannot be compensated.
The state government has not yet given land to the beneficiaries of 2023 and 2024: Bindal
Bindal said that the government should take immediate action and provide land for the resettlement of more than 500 people who have completely lost their houses and gardens of Sab and Khair, i.e., 100% loss. The sad thing is that the current government of the state has not been able to provide land to the people who suffered such losses in 2023 and 2024. This is the failure of the state government and the people sitting in the government should think seriously about this.
The more the state government delays relief work, the bigger the loss will be: Bindal
Bindal said that the more the state government delays relief work, the bigger the damage will be. JCB and Poklane machines are not visible on the ground and the more the delay in sending these machines, the more the damage will increase. People’s gardens are filled with stones and heavy water, trees have entered the houses, and there is a state of devastation in the affected areas.
