State Team Announcement Soon: Rajeev Bindal
Shimla, August 4:
BJP State President Dr. Rajeev Bindal announced the formation of 17 district executive committees of the party in Himachal Pradesh, comprising 874 members and office bearers, including 358 women and 258 from SC, ST, and OBC communities. He informed that the announcement of the BJP’s state team will follow soon.
Bindal asserted that BJP, a cadre-based party, has grown from its Jan Sangh roots to the world’s largest political organization, while the Congress, once with 500 MPs, has now dwindled significantly. He criticized Congress for lacking leadership at all levels in Himachal, claiming that the party’s entire structure has been dissolved for over a year.
Calling out Congress on their stance towards the national flag, Bindal emphasized BJP’s commitment to the ‘Har Ghar Tiranga’ campaign from August 13-15, along with Tiranga Yatras across 171 mandals on Independence Day.
Bindal highlighted BJP’s robust organizational strength with 7,870 booth committees already formed out of 8,007 booths, consisting of 89,646 booth-level workers. He added that the party’s network has expanded from 74 to 171 mandals, with 7,587 mandal committee members, including 2,569 women and 3,532 from SC, ST, and OBC communities.
He declared that BJP’s fortified organization is battle-ready for upcoming assembly elections, moving with youthful energy towards victory.
