1 min read

Shimla: BJP District Shimla organized a program to celebrate the party’s remarkable performance in the Maharashtra and Jharkhand assembly elections, as well as other bypoll victories across the country. The event, chaired by District President Prem Thakur, was attended by State Media In-charge Karn Nanda and Shimla Parliamentary Area Co-in-charge Sanjay Sood, among others.

Speaking on the occasion, Karn Nanda criticized Congress, stating that the party has become a family-centered entity that cannot function without power. He accused Congress of resorting to anti-India rhetoric abroad and misleading the public with falsehoods. Nanda further described Congress’s approach as “urban naxalism” with external influences, urging citizens to remain vigilant.

Highlighting BJP’s achievements, Nanda said urban India has chosen development, modern infrastructure, and ease of living under the BJP-NDA government. He emphasized that the BJP is creating opportunities for youth, promoting startups, and treating cities as engines of growth to empower rural areas.

Sanjay Sood lauded the party’s historic win in Maharashtra, calling it a record-breaking victory, and extended congratulations to party workers and supporters. Several senior BJP leaders and workers attended the event.
