BJP all set to provide digital edu in all villages Anurag Thakur

Hamirpur , Jan 19 –  Union Information-cum-Broadcasting Minister, Anurag Thakur said on Thursday that the Central government was determined to provide digital education to the people in all parts of India including Hamirpur.

Thakur said this during a function held here today in which Laptops were given to teachers of 140 ‘Ek Se Shrestha’ centers and school bags cum study tables given to 2500 children.

Anurag Thakur said the problems related to employment, migration and economy in Himachal can be solved only by giving proper education to children.

Thakur on this occasion started Digital Ek Se Shreshtha Kendra to every village of Hamirpur Parliamentary Constituency giving the slogan “Hamara Sankalp, Hamara Prayas, Sabko Shiksha, Sabka Vikas”. About 6000 people of Hamirpur parliamentary constituency reached the teacher’s felicitation ceremony, giving Anurag Thakur’s initiative the form of a mass movement.

‘Ek Se Shrestha’ is a visionary initiative of Anurag Singh Thakur which aims to provide quality education to every village for a bright future for every child in the region.

Notably, at present, in 140 panchayats of Hamirpur parliamentary constituency, ‘Ek Se Shrestha’ centers are being operated where more than 2500 children are being given free education and employment opportunities are also being given at panchayat level.

In ‘Ek Se Shreshtha’ centers, children are provided with all necessary facilities for education like books, copy, white board, stationery. Protein shake is also given daily to the children for their overall development.

Anurag Singh Thakur honoured the teachers of all 140 centers by giving them laptops and started the best digital class. Urging all the teachers to adopt modernity in education, Anurag Thakur asked them to pay more attention to the overall development of children.

To further encourage all children to study, Anurag Thakur presented school bags and study tables to about 2500 children and inspired them to learn about their culture along with studies.

The Union minister on this occasion welcomed children, their parents, grandparents and other members of the Panchayat and gave them blankets.

This is the second service; the local MP is giving to the people of Hamirpur parliamentary constituency. Earlier, he was providing health services to every household through the mobile health service; the MP formally launched the campaign to take education to every village and home through ‘Ek Se Shrestha’.
