On the recommendations of the Civil Services Board, the Governor, Himachal Pradesh, is pleased to order the transfers & postings of the following Indian Administrative Service officers, with immediate effect, in the public interest:-1. Shri Abid Hussain Sadiq, IAS (HP:2014), Special Secretary (Forests) to the Government of Himachal Pradesh, Shimla, as Deputy Commissioner, Bilaspur, District Bilaspur, Himachal Pradesh. 2

Pankaj Rai, IAS (HP:2014), Deputy Commissioner, Bilaspur, District Bilaspur, Himachal Pradesh, as Special Secretary (Education) to the Government of Himachal Pradesh, Shimla. He shall also hold additional charge of the post of Special Secretary (Planning) to the Government of Himachal Pradesh, Shimla and monitor the flagship projects of the Himachal Pradesh Government.
