Apply by April 10 for Free Skill Development Training in Una: Awas Pandit

Una, April 1, 2026:
A free skill development training programme for Scheduled Caste youth is being organized under the Department of Social Justice and Empowerment in collaboration with the National Institute of Electronics and Information Technology (NIELIT), Shimla.
District Welfare Officer Awas Pandit informed that the programme is being conducted under the Pradhan Mantri Anusuchit Jaati Abhyudaya Yojana. The training will cover two courses—Artificial Intelligence concepts and Office Automation, Accounting and Publishing Assistant.
Eligible applicants must belong to the Scheduled Caste category and be permanent residents of Himachal Pradesh. Interested candidates can submit their applications on plain paper along with required documents at the District Welfare Officer’s office in Una by April 10.
