APG Shimla University Celebrates International Yoga Day with Enthusiastic Participation from Faculty and Students

On Friday, the world came together to celebrate International Yoga Day. At APG Shimla University, both faculty members and students participated enthusiastically in the yoga session. The event saw the active involvement of the Pro-Chancellor, Prof. Dr. Ramesh Chauhan.
The yoga session was conducted on the campus of APG Shimla University. Among the participants were the Head of the Department of Journalism and Mass Communication, Dr. Ashwani Sharma, along with students from the department. Prof. Dr. Ramesh Chauhan and Prof. Dr. Ashwani Sharma extended their congratulations on International Yoga Day to all teachers and students.
During the event, they motivated the students by highlighting the benefits of yoga. They emphasized that practicing yoga can significantly enhance students’ lives by improving concentration and leading to success.
