Anurag Singh Thakur Criticizes Congress for False Promises and Mismanagement
1 min readMumbai, November 12, 2024: Former Union Minister and Hamirpur MP Anurag Singh Thakur criticized the Congress for false guarantees and economic mismanagement during a press conference in Mumbai, aimed at the Maharashtra Assembly Elections 2024. Joined by Union Ministers G. Kishan Reddy and Shobha Karandlaje, Thakur urged voters to reject the Congress alliance, branding it the “Maha Vasooli Aghadi.”
He highlighted the Congress’ failure to deliver promises in Himachal Pradesh, stating, “Despite claiming a successful government, Himachal suffers due to unfulfilled guarantees, rising debt, and burdensome taxes. Maharashtra should not trust such deceptive claims.”
Thakur also accused the Congress of dividing votes along caste and religious lines, failing to deliver on development, and misleading voters across states with false assurances.
