Annual GPF account statements for FY year 2023-24 uploaded

A spokesperson of the Accountant General (fund) Himachal Pradesh today informed that the Annual GPF Account Statements for the Financial Year 2023-24 for Himachal Pradesh Government employees have been uploaded on the H.P. State Government website, www.himkosh.nic.in. He said that these statements are available for the respective Drawing & Disbursing Officers (DDOs) in the state for distribution among the subscribers working under them.

He requested the DDOs of all the departments to follow the procedure for downloading the GPF statement in bulk by opening the State Government Website then Click on Himkosh Link, and then on GPF Statement, which opens the page of Website of the Principal Accountant General. They should click on the information for DDOs link, fill in the required columns with treasury code, DDOs code, and password and then click on the login. He said that they should click on the link to download employees annual GPF statement.

He said that if any of the DDO does not have the password, they can contact 0177-2600279 or 0177-2650133. Apart from this the DDOs are also advised to change their passwords for security purposes. This facility is available on the same page, added the spokesperson.

He further requested subscribers to obtain their Annual GPF Account Statements from their respective DDOs and thoroughly examine them for accuracy. They should confirm that the balances shown are correct. In case of any discrepancies, subscribers can report them to the office of the Principal Accountant General (A&E) Himachal Pradesh, Shimla, either online via the complaint/suggestion box, through email at agaehimachalpradesh@cag.gov.in, or by correspondence.

He said that particulars of any missing credits/debits should be sent to the Principal Accountant General (A&E), Himachal Pradesh, Shimla, duly certified by their DDOs within three months from the date of receipt of the Annual GPF Statement.

Apart from this, all the subscribers can also view their Annual GPF Statements on the website at www.aghp.cag.gov.in.
