Alpha Gaming League Enters 2nd Consecutive Year at Bahra University

Solan: The Alpha School of Bahra University successfully organized Alpha Gaming League – PRIMA 2026, marking its second consecutive year of hosting the mega esports event. Notably, Bahra University continues to stand out as the only university in Himachal Pradesh organizing esports competitions on such a large scale, creating a unique platform for young gamers.
The tournament witnessed enthusiastic participation from a large number of students representing various universities, colleges and schools from across the region. In today’s digital age, where the younger generation is deeply connected with technology and gaming culture, the event provided a competitive and healthy platform for students to showcase their gaming talent.
The competition featured popular esports titles BGMI and Free Fire, where participants demonstrated impressive strategy, coordination and gaming skills.
In the final results, Shimlawaasi emerged as the BGMI champions, while Lake of Fire clinched the Free Fire title. The winning teams were awarded a cash prize of ₹10,000.
The organizers emphasized that the Alpha Gaming League aims to encourage esports culture among youth and channel their passion for gaming into structured competitive platforms. With the successful second edition, Bahra University has further strengthened its position as a pioneer in promoting large-scale esports events in Himachal Pradesh.
