All India Real Estate Regulatory Authority Forum two day conference starts

State Urban Development Minister Suresh Bhardwaj today inaugurated the All India Real Estate Regulatory Authority Forum two day conference at Chail in Solan district.
He said quality housing was the need of the hour and the State government was committed to ensure Town and Country Planning rules and bylaws.
The Minister stated that the motive of the Central Government was committed to regulate and encourage the Real Estate sector and ensure transparency by enacting the Real Estate Regulation and Development Act, 2016.
The objective of this Act was to encourage investment in the Real Estate sector, protect the interests of consumers and devise a mechanism for grievances redressal.
Misleading advertisements by the Realtors in the State had been curbed and transparency ensured while consumers hard earned money was protected by RERA.
