All Courts To Remain Closed On July 11

Hon’ble Authorities have directed to inform that due to incessant rains, and continuing hardships to litigants, lawyers, staff and Judicial officers, 11-07-2023 shall be a holiday for the Hon’ble High Court and all Courts of District Judiciary in State of Himachal Pradesh.

In lieu of the holiday, any other nonworking day shall be declared in the future as a working day in High Court of Himachal Pradesh.

Ld District & Sessions Judges to bring the same to the notice of General Public, litigants and Advocates through Bar Associations in the State of Himachal Pradesh .

In the District Judiciary matters, next date be notified, with liberty to mention earlier in case of urgency.

discretion be exercised by Presiding Judicial Officers to notify next date in their respective Courts.
