8 Himachal Administrative Service Officers Promoted to IAS by UPSC

Shimla, May 23

In a significant development, eight officers from the Himachal Pradesh Administrative Services (HAS) have been promoted to the Indian Administrative Service (IAS). The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) team conducted the induction at Peterhoff, Shimla. The Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) officially issued the promotion orders on Friday.

The officers who have been promoted include Dr. Madhu Chaudhary, Manoj Kumar, Prabha Rajeev, Satish Kumar Sharma, Ashish Kumar Kohli, Jitendra Sanjta, Virendra Sharma, and Hemis Negi.

These promotions mark a major milestone in their administrative careers and bolster the strength of the Himachal Pradesh IAS cadre.
