JUIT Solan to Host HR Conclave 2025 on Future-Ready Human Resource Practices
Jaypee University of Information Technology (JUIT), Solan, will organize the HR Conclave 2025 on May 2 at its picturesque Waknaghat campus, under the theme “Future-Ready HR: Innovation, Inclusion, and Leadership.” The event will unite HR professionals, industry leaders, academicians, and students to delve into the future of human resource management and foster academia-industry synergy. Keynote addresses will be delivered by Mr. Narinder Ahluwalia (Covalience) and Mr. Debashish Ghosh (Berkadia), setting the stage for enriching discussions.
Two high-impact panel discussions will address “The Fresher’s Dilemma: Is Technical Expertise Enough to Land Your Dream Job?” and “Accelerating Career Readiness: The Power of Internships & Practical Projects,” featuring experts from KPMG, EY, Edifecs, Netsolutions, and NTPC. Moderation will be led by Ms. Ravneet Malik (Netsmartz) and Ms. Rishika Vohra (TA Professional).
The conclave will also include networking opportunities, campus tours, and HR case presentations by students. Vice-Chancellor Prof. R.K.
