New Delhi/Himachal Pradesh, April 3, 2025 – Former Union Minister and Hamirpur MP Anurag Singh Thakur, speaking in the Lok Sabha, demanded an explanation from Congress regarding funds received by the Rajiv Gandhi Foundation from Chinese officials.
Thakur accused Congress of compromising national interests, questioning why they remained silent when China occupied Aksai Chin. He criticized Congress leaders for engaging with Chinese officials during the Doklam crisis instead of supporting the Indian Army.
Highlighting PM Modi’s strong stance on national security, Thakur emphasized that under the current government, India has given a befitting reply to China, ensuring no loss of Indian territory. He challenged Congress to disclose the purpose of the funds received from China and how they were utilized.
