106 Buses to Carry Beneficiaries from Hamirpur to Jan Sankalp Sammelan: DC Amarjeet Singh

Ahead of the Jan Sankalp Sammelan scheduled in Mandi on Thursday to mark three years of the state government, Hamirpur district is set to send a large number of beneficiaries and participants. Deputy Commissioner Amarjeet Singh reviewed the preparations through video conferencing with all SDMs and concerned departments.

He informed that 106 buses have been arranged for beneficiaries and other attendees, along with over 100 smaller vehicles expected to travel to Mandi. Morning refreshments and drinking water will be provided at designated points across all sub-divisions, while packed lunch will be distributed at the event venue.

To ensure smooth travel, SDMs and HRTC officials have appointed nodal officers, finalised bus routes, and prepared identification stickers for each vehicle. Coordination regarding traffic flow and parking is also being shared with officials in Mandi.

The meeting was attended by ADC Abhishek Garg, SDM Hamirpur Sanjeet Singh, AC Chirag Sharma, HRTC DM Rajkumar Pathak, DRDA Project Officer Asmita Thakur, and other officials. SDMs from Bhoranj, Sujanpur, and Barsar joined virtually.
