HPSPCB’s Regional Office Paonta Sahib & Regional Laboratory conducted Cleanliness Drive in Kala Amb

Himachal Pradesh State Pollution Control Board Regional Office Paonta Sahib and Regional Laboratory conducted Cleanliness Drive in Kala Amb, District – Sirmour here today.

The cleanliness drive was conducted along River Stretch of Markanda river in association with district administration. Dignitaries remained present on the occasion were Sh. Ram Kumar Gautam, Deputy Commissioner Sirmaur, Sh. Rajneesh Kumar, SDM Nahan, Sh. Anup Sharma BDO Nahan and Industrial Associations of Kala Amb. An oath was administered by Deputy Commissioner Sirmour to the stakeholders, who were present at the site of Real Time Water Quality Monitoring Station in River Markanda, Kala Amb. He flagged-off the campaign as well and participated in the plantation abhiyan. 750 Pollution Abating Plants shall be planted in the days to come in Non-Attainment City Kala Amb primarily along the stretch of River Markanda, near the site of proposed CETP Kala Amb and STP Trilokpur as well.

In addition to above, Regional Laboratory Shimla conducted cleanliness drive around Deen Dayal Upadhyay Hospital Shimla today on 10 August 2021.

Regional Office Rampur conducted cleanliness campaign at village Batri GP Sapani, District Kinnaur. Central Laboratory sensitized Medical Doctors( MBBS & MD Students) during Cleanliness Drive campaign at Maharishi Markandey Medical College (MM Medical College) at Solan on 10.08.2021. An oath was also administered by Principal Scientific Officer Parwanoo to Vice Chancellor of MMM University, Principal of Medical College, Medical Faculties, Doctors Doctor Students & health workers. A seminar was also organised at MM Medical College cum University, Solan.

Himachal Pradesh State Pollution Control Board Regional Office Kullu conducted cleanliness drive at Jagatsukh with krich cleaning pvt ltd and Gram Panchayat – Jagatsukh.
