World Water Day Observed at Science Centre Palampur

Educational activities were held today at the Palampur Science Centre to celebrate World Water Day. This global event, observed annually on March 22, emphasises the significance of water and promotes the necessity of water conservation. In this context, students from both government and private schools across Himachal Pradesh visited the centre’s galleries. They had the opportunity to experience the Taramandal, 3D film show, and a science demonstration activities. As part of the program, participants were shown a brief film centred on the theme of World Water Day 2025, titled ‘Glacier Conservation.’ The students and their teachers actively engaged in a quiz competition related to the film, and the event concluded with a slogan writing contest focused on the ‘Importance of Water.’\
