Winnow down ‘Theatre’ as an alternative career

Shimla, April 26 –APG Shimla University organized a webinar on the topic career in acting and theatre on behalf Dr. Kusha Pandit Chawala, the chairperson of school of humanities here on Monday for the students of APG Shimla varsity to fillip the students and theatre- interested people to opt acting and theatre as optional career with their study as well and learn the expertise in acting and theatre profession.

A renowned theatre artist Anil Sharma attended as a chief key speaker in the webinar. Anil Sharma addressed the students that plays are not just text-books which appertain stories; novels generally with the readers. He said that plays and acting relate relations with the stage and through it only the vitality of plays explicit, He added that performance on the Stage is also an irresistible criteria for acting and theatre as well.

Anil Sharma said that students should opt acting and theatre courses side by side with their general study as a career alternative in life but before it they should learn the basic pedagogy of all the presentation of acting, theatre on Stage, direction, script-writing, character-building, costume-setting, build up gestures, mien, Stage-facilitators, light-facilitators as per the required needs to be prowess in this area of acting and theatre. Anil Sharma said that all these items and the artists have their contribution behind these required needs of the Stage performance. “There are necessary obliges in the way of acting and theatre in the present corona period but acting and theatre prove right in the Stage only because plays make life better in the Stage-mirror, and also Stage resurrects the plays on the Stage”, Anil Sharma said.

During the webinar, students asked many question pertaining to acting and theatre, and Anil Sharma replied satisfactorily to the questions of the students with examples of populous plays. Dr. Kusha Pandit Chawala interpreted and shared her thoughts on theatre that acting and plays itself are the disseminating resources of progressive informations to the society.

Dr. Kusha Pandit added that students should make career in acting and theatre to experience in cinema line easily ahead. Students have a all time option and alternative career in acting and theatre, Dr. Chawala said.
