Shimla, May 19- Both soar and clamor of life are prevailed as not stopped yet, the clouds of crucible of this time will disappeared away, how many coronas may shout to daunting life but life never dies. Something like the same quotes, the students of humanities department of APG Shimla University crooned. On behalf of Dr. Kusha Pandit Chawala from humanities department of APG Shimla University conducted an online completion on poetry, debate and sketch-writing here on Wednesday.
The students of humanities department and other APG varsity students participated in this competition occasion. These students gave message on positive notions to live positive life at corona time through poetry, debate, sketch-writing by brush up on their creativity and they shared their ideas frankly. The theme of this completion was pandemic and positive changes in education system; technology and unemployment. Prof. Dr. Ramesh Chauhan, the Vice-Chancellor of APG Shimla, presented as a chief guest in this competition occasion. Vice-Chancellor Prof. Dr. Ramesh Chauhan addressed the students that students must endure their participation and contribution in the positive development of the society through their positive and creative based notions. “Discussion, poetry and sketch-writing competition at school, college and varsity level produce the creativities hidden inside the young minds which guides the society to get rid from the difficulties and challenges and take place to new innovations”, said Prof. Ramesh Chauhan while addressing the students.
Prof. Ramesh Chauhan said that the power of creativity hidden in the minds and hearts of the youths can give way to the development nation and society if they are guided and refine their positive thoughts. Reciting about the famous litterateurs, scientists, artists, poets and playwrights of the world who had started their creativities, discoveries, innovations since their childhood through which they captained the human communities of the world for positive development, said Prof. Dr. Ramesh Chauhan.
Uncounted veteran like playwright William Shakeshpeare, poet John Keats, story writter Munshi Prem Chand, monk Sankracharya and great scientist Instein whose struggle and creativities gave new lease of life to the world communities by their creations in which human-plants of the day are growing, added Vice-Chancellor Prof. Dr. Ramesh Chauhan in his addressing speech. Assistant Prof. Shalini Chauhan from humanities department of APG varsity presented as anchor of the competition, while Dr. Stuti Pandit, Dr. Sonu, Himadri as judges of the competition and Ruchika Sharma, the skill development trainer from Chandigarh University presented as external judge of the competition.
The skill development trainer Ruchika Sharma said that nothing is impossible if knowledge, skills and creativities are applied to the right directions. The platforms for the youths must be provided to brush up their notions, thoughts, innovations and creativities as young minds are generally the resources of these creations towards the development of the society, said trainer Ruchika Sharma. Chairperson Dr. Kusha Pandit Chawala from humanities department of APG Shimla varsity told that APG Shimla University and humanities department always try to conduct such activities, debate, poetry competition and sketch-writing so that hidden talent of the students can be brushed up towards the social and human development as well. In this competition occasion, students Radhika, Karma, Rahul Jeorge, Shivangi Sadhu,an Akansha, Manorma Sharma from humanities department came first in poetry, debate and sketch writing competition. Vice-Chancellor Prof. Dr. Ramesh Chauhan and Dr. Kusha Pandit Chawala felicitated the winners by e-felicitation certificates.
