12 students of Department of Biotechnology and Bioinformatics have grabbed the offers across all the verticals of different companies. Saumya Porwal from Bioinformatics stream has been placed in Cognizant & Capgemini. Nadirun Nisha from Bioinformatics stream has got offer from Cognizant GenC and Mind Tree. Mrinal Sharma of Biotechnology got an offer from Zycus. Sameer Varshaney from Biotechnology is placed in TT Consultants. Nandini Aggarwal of Biotechnology branch and Yashkirti Garg of M.Tech. Biotechnology stream got offers from two companies named TT Consultants & Capgemini. Nandita of Biotechnology got selected by Capgemini. Manshi Pandey got offers from two companies named Capgemini and Leadsquared. Shubhankar Singh; a Biotechnology student got an offer from Nestle India & Cognizant GenC Pro PAT. Muskan from Biotechnology is selected by RxLogix. Sumit Saxena, a Biotechnology student got selected in Geekster and Cognizant GenC Pro PAT. Sarthak Sood from Bioinformatics stream has got offer from Cognizant GenC Pro PAT and TCS- Ninja. The companies offered lucrative packages to the students. Apart from admirable placements, one of B.Tech. Biotechnology (2019) passed out student Swati Sharma has joined Ph.D. in South Dakota School of Mines & Technology (SDSMT), USA in December 2022. Prarthana Kashyap, a B. Tech. Biotechnology (2022) passed out student got selected for MS in Biomedical Engineering at San Jose State University (SJSU) California. The Hon’ble Vice Chancellor Prof. R.K. Sharma congratulated the department faculty and students for this.
