Shoolini Univ’s citations per paper highest in India: QS Asia Ranking

Shoolini university has been ranked among the top 260 universities in the QS Asian Rankings 2023 and the Number 8 private university with the 29th overall ranking in India out of 118 Indian universities in the latest QS Asia Rankings
The 15th edition of the QS World University Rankings(Asia) features 757 institutions – up from 687 last year and making it biggest rankings for this region yet. The major locations represented include China Mainland (128 institutions), India (118), Japan (106) and South Korea (88), accounting for more than half of all ranked institutions.
Shoolini University was ranked in the 271-290 last year. Again, it is the lone representative from Himachal Pradesh.
Furthermore, Shoolini’s citations per paper are the highest in India and 9th best in Asia.
Chancellor Prof. PK Kholsa stated that we have not only improved our rank, but also the university is bringing home laurels year after year. He also remarked that our citations per paper are more this year than the previous year.
Shoolini University is progressively establishing itself as the country’s research university. Despite being ranked between 351-400 in the World University Ranking when the Times Higher Education results were released two months earlier.
Pro Chancellor Shoolini University Mr. Vishal Anand said Shoolini University is competing well with top global universities. Shoolini has been named once again the best university in the region by QS Asia Rankings.
