Shoolini University celebrates Olympic Day with outreach students

Shoolini University celebrated Olympic Day with great enthusiasm by organising a special sports event for its outreach students. The celebration took place on the university campus and aimed to promote the Olympic spirit, fitness, and teamwork among young learners.
Olympic Day is an international Olympic Movement activity promoting mass participation of sport held in June organised by National Olympic Committees every year.
The event featured exciting Badminton and Table Tennis matches in various categories including Boys’ Singles, Girls’ Singles, Doubles, and Mixed Doubles. The outreach students participated with full energy and showcased their sporting skills in a friendly and encouraging environment.
The event was organised under the guidance of Dr. Neeraj Gandotra, Associate Dean, Student Welfare, and Mr. Vikrant Chauhan, Assistant Professor, Physical Education. Both faculty members motivated the students to stay active and highlighted the importance of sports in building confidence, discipline, and inclusion.
Speaking on the occasion, Dr. Neeraj Gandotra said, Olympic Day is not just about winning medals. It’s about participation, fitness, and building friendships through sports. We are proud to see the enthusiasm among our outreach students.
