A One-Week Faculty Development Programme (FDP) on “Emerging Trends in Higher Education Policy: Shaping the Future of Learning and Innovative Research” began on July 7, 2025, at Alakh Prakash Goyal Shimla University (APGSU). Convened by Dr. Maninder Kaur, the FDP aims to equip faculty with the latest pedagogical and research skills aligned with NEP 2020.
Supported by the university’s leadership, the FDP features expert talks by Prof. Dev Dutt Sharma, Prof. P.K. Ahluwalia, and Dr. Sandeep Chauhan, alongside APGSU’s own academic leaders. Discussions focus on policy reforms, digital learning, and innovative teaching practices.
The programme runs until July 11, 2025, reflecting APGSU’s commitment to faculty empowerment and academic excellence.
