HP University Initiates Online Counseling for B.Ed 2023-25 Batch

Shimla, November 27: The online counseling process for the B.Ed session 2023-25 has commenced at Himachal Pradesh University (HPU). Currently, there are around 400 vacant seats in HPU and affiliated colleges, and the university will conduct online counseling to fill these vacancies.
Details about the vacant seats will be uploaded to the university’s website, specifying the number of seats available in each college. Students can then choose their preferred college based on the remaining seats. Following this, students can fill out the online forms on November 27 and 28, with a fee of Rs. 200 for the counseling process.
The counseling session will take place offline on November 29 and 30 at the university’s auditorium. The B.Ed admission committee will conduct the counseling based on merit. Only those students who have taken the B.Ed entrance exam and have not yet been admitted to the program are eligible to participate in the counseling.
Professor BK Shivram, the Controller of Examinations at HPU, explained that students who secure admission will need to deposit Rs. 5,880 at the university during the counseling session.
