Shimla,April 09 – Free coaching in Mathematics and Science will be given to the students of classes IX and X studying in government schools of Himachal Pradesh. The state government has entrusted the task of providing coaching to Avanti Fellows Trust. Students who pass the online examination on April 19 will get a chance to take free coaching.
Coaching will start from 8th May. To appear in the examination, students will have to register online by April 15. The entrance test will be held on April 19 through Google form amidst the presence of teachers in the schools.
In schools where the ratio of computer systems to students taking exams is less, students will be allowed to use their mobile phones. The state government has decided to provide free coaching to the students who want to make their future in the medical and engineering fields.
The Directorate of Higher Education has tied up with Avanti Fellows for this. Apart from coaching, Avanti Fellows will also provide counseling to the students. The Directorate of Higher Education has issued a letter to all the district deputy directors asking them to encourage more and more students to register.
Classes will be of one and a half hours daily, students will be able to choose the time according to their convenience
Students selected for free online coaching will have one and a half hour class daily. There will be four to five sessions in the morning and evening in a day. Students will be able to choose the time as per their convenience.

To appear in the entrance test, students will have to register on the link https:bit.ly/3lQ93aU. The online exam will be of two hours. Online viva will be held from April 24 to 28 for the students who pass the written test. Those who pass it will be selected.
