Dr. Purnima Chauhan Delivers Inspiring Leadership Talk at JNV Theog

November 19, 2025 – PM SHRI School Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya, Theog, Shimla, organised an enriching guest lecture on 19 November 2025 for students of Classes 10 to 12. The session was led by Dr. Purnima Chauhan, IAS (Retd.), a distinguished administrator renowned for her leadership, integrity, and contributions to public service.
Dr. Chauhan spoke on a range of motivational themes, including career planning, leadership, personality development, discipline, and ethical conduct. Drawing deeply from her administrative journey, she encouraged students to cultivate curiosity, resilience, and a strong sense of social responsibility.
A key highlight of the session was her detailed guidance on preparing for the UPSC Civil Services Examination. She advised prospective aspirants to begin early, strengthen foundational concepts, maintain consistent study habits, and build analytical as well as communication skills. She urged students to set long-term goals and pursue them with focus and determination.
