Children Science Congress : Science Exhibition Enthralls On Day 2

The 2nd day of 30th state level Children Science Congress being held at IIT Mandi started with great enthusiasm from the participants. Various scientific activities were conducted on the 2nd day.
The major center of attraction was Science Exhibition displayed by the students from different districts. The students showcased their innovative ideas with the help of their state of art working models. Some of the best exhibits were Smart House, (consisting of solar panels, rooftop rainwater harvesting, drip irrigation, fire alarm system, etc), Anti-sleep detection system, Bio-diesel production from algae, Eco-farming hub (consisting of hydroponics and aquaponics), E-vehicle self-charging system, Hyperloop, etc.
Another major event was the semi-finals for the science quiz competition from different districts consisting of two students from junior and senior categories.
Besides these, other activities were like Scientific Survey Report, Mathematics Olympiad and Activity Corner.
The day was concluded in the evening with the Science skit activity, wherein the students of seven districts showcased their talents through their performance.
