Bahra University Hosts One-Day Workshop on New Criminal Laws

Bahra University, in collaboration with Panjab University, Chandigarh, organized a one-day workshop on new criminal laws. The workshop’s chief guest was Professor Jyoti Ratn from Panjab University, Chandigarh. The event commenced with the lighting of the lamp by Professor Jyoti Ratn, Director General Professor R.M. Bhagat, Registrar Vineet Kumar, and Dean of the Law Department, Professor Akhilesh Ranaut.

Professor R.M. Bhagat welcomed all the guests to Bahra University. Chief Guest Professor Jyoti Ratn provided an in-depth explanation of the new criminal laws. The workshop also featured resource persons O.P. Sharma and Kshitij, advocates from the High Court of Punjab and Chandigarh.

At the end of the workshop, Professor Akhilesh Ranaut expressed gratitude to all attendees. The event saw the presence of Director General Professor R.M. Bhagat, Registrar Vineet Kumar, Dean of the Law Department Professor Akhilesh Ranaut, Law Department Professor H.R. Zhingta, deans of all departments, faculty members, researchers, and students of Bahra University.
