Alopa wins Shoolini extempore competition

The Young Communicators Club (YCC) of Shoolini University organised an extempore on the spot competition ‘Shoolini Snap Speak’ competition on Tuesday which was attended by a large number of students.
The competitors were given themes on the basis of which they had to speak on the spot.
The winner of the extempore competition was Alopa Verma, a student of the School of Media and Communications. She spoke on the topic Manifestation, which she curated out of her theme Magic. She was given the winning certificate along with Rs 500 Amazon voucher. The second prize was won by two students, Stuti Sharma and Sherry Singla while the third prize was won by Saloni Thakur.
The judges included Prof Nasser Dasht Peyma, Dr Prakash Chand and Prof Geetansh. Prof Vipin Pubby, Director, School of Media and Communications and and Mentor of Shoolini YCC and Mr. Charanjeet Singh, Senior Vice President of PRCI were also present at the event.
Over 30 students from different departments participated in the lively competition.
