Admission to Class XI on Roll On Basis

Shimla, May 11 – In view of the current situation of COVID-19 Pandemic, it has been decided by the Cabinet of Ministers, Himachal Pradesh on 05th May 2021 that all the students of the 10th class will be promoted to the next higher class i.e. 10+1 class.

In this regard, you are directed to ensure compliance with the decision of the government by all concerned and respective schools. Further, it is also directed to ensure the admission of the students of the 10th class of your school as well as the students of the 10th class of nearby high schools in the next higher class i.e. 10+1 class on a roll-on and provisional basis.

The Deputy Director of Higher Education of the concerned District will ensure to admit all the students of 10th class in the next higher class before the last date of admission i.e. 31-05-2021 and also to send the consolidated report of the admission of the students to this Directorate at the earliest.

All the students are motivated to attend classes in Har Ghar Palhshala programme and monitoring on daily basis be also ensured Further, a criterion of tabulation of marks for the 10th class will be prepared by the H.P. Board of School Education, Dharamshala and will also be circulated by the board’s office later on.

The result of the eligible students will be prepared as per the norms and criterion of tabulation and will be declared and intimated to the concerned schools and students later on by the FI.P. Board of School Education, Dharamshala.
