Solan Dec 29 A two-day faculty development program on effective and quality teaching, leadership and excellence at the premises of Jaypee University of Information Technology, Solan concluded here on Friday 23rd December 2022. Prof. Rajendra Kumar Sharma, Vice Chancellor of Jaypee University of Information Technology, Solan highlighted the importance of effective and quality teaching, leadership and excellence for building a robust academic and research environment within the University. He also emphasized on positive working approach to facilitate the students for their future growth and career advancements. Mr. Amulya Shukla was the expert and the resource person of this faculty development program. He is the founder of MINDZen Institute which was formerly known as “SAMBHAV” Consulting and set up his own Enterprise under the twin verticals of Strategic Leadership – through Poka-yoke (Business Process Restructuring) and Learning &Development (Human Excellence / Experiential Trainings). He is also involved in handling branding & communications, personal development and one-to-one mentoring. Mr. Amulya Shukla, with a highly interactive manner touched each of the faculty participants of Jaypee University of Information Technology, Solan very deeply, helped them to connect with, and believe in, themselves. The use of simplified NLP and affirmations, real-life stories, down to earth humour, audio-visual clips, and a wide range of activities made it an experiential phenomenon which would stay with all the participants for long. Dr. Nafis Uddin Khan played a very crucial role in the organization of this imperative FDP.
