Shimla: 11th Class Student Accuses Teacher of Sexual Harassment

In Shimla district’s Sunni area, a government school student from class 11 has accused a teacher of sexual harassment. Following a complaint from the school principal, the Sunni Police Station has registered a case and initiated an investigation.

The incident reportedly occurred in October, and the student initially approached the principal with her complaint. After conducting an internal inquiry, a committee recommended referring the case to the police based on its findings. The accused teacher is currently absconding, and the police are actively searching for him. A case has been filed under the POCSO Act.
