47-year-old man dies after swallowing poisonous substance in Una

Una, August 24: A 47-year-old man died after swallowing poisonous substance at Nangra under Thana Mehatpur. The deceased person has been identified as Raman Kumar s/o Satpal Singh, resident of Nangra.

According to the information, Raman Kumar resident of Nangda swallowed poison last day due to unknown reasons. Seeing the deteriorating condition, the family members took the person to the Regional Hospital, Una. In view of the critical condition, the person was referred to Chandigarh. Who died on the way.

Confirming the matter, Una Arjit Sen said that the police have registered a case and started investigation.
