Army Recruitment Rally to Be Held at Averipatti from March 20 to 25, 2027

Shimla, October 7: An Army recruitment rally will be held at Prithi Military Station, Averipatti, in Rampur subdivision of Shimla district from March 20 to 25, 2027.

A meeting to review preparations for the rally was held under the chairmanship of Shimla Deputy Commissioner Anupam Kashyap. He discussed arrangements with Army and district officials and assured all possible support from the district administration.

The Deputy Commissioner directed officials to ensure uninterrupted electricity and drinking water supply and adequate basic facilities for candidates. Arrangements for affordable accommodation for visiting candidates were also discussed.

Kashyap stressed that the recruitment process would be conducted transparently and strictly according to prescribed rules. He directed the Rampur SDM to coordinate with departments and security agencies to ensure necessary arrangements and prevent candidates from being misled or exploited by unauthorised persons.

He also said that the recruitment process is video-recorded to maintain transparency. Officials were directed to complete all arrangements in coordination and within the stipulated time.
