Shoolini University welcomes campus ambassadors for 2026

Students take oath, receive badges and interact with university leaders and guests during day-long induction programme

A new group of Campus Ambassadors formally assumed their roles at Shoolini University during a day-long induction programme. The newly inducted ambassadors took an oath to represent the university and its student community, received their badges and participated in interactive sessions with university leaders and invited guests.
Chancellor Prof P.K. Khosla attended the programme as the Chief Guest, while Aayush Thakur, comedian and social media influencer from Himachal Pradesh, and Chetan Monga, social media influencer, were the Guests of Honour.
The programme commenced with the traditional lighting of the lamp, followed by a presentation titled ‘Before the Story Begins: The Journey of the Campus Ambassador Programme’, which traced the evolution of the initiative and highlighted its journey over the years.
Shoolini University Vice President Ms Avnee Khosla, founder of the Campus Ambassador Programme, welcomed the students and administered the oath. The newly inducted ambassadors were subsequently presented with their badges by the programme leadership and department heads, formally marking the beginning of their journey as representatives of the university.
The induction programme provided students with an opportunity to interact with the guests. Aayush Thakur led an open interaction with the students, responding to their questions and sharing insights from his experiences as a comedian and social media influencer. Chetan Monga also interacted with the students and shared his perspectives on the digital and social media landscape.
Dr Geetansh Sharma conducted a session titled ‘Beyond the Badge: The Campus Ambassador Journey’, highlighting the responsibilities and opportunities associated with the role. The session also emphasised the importance of leadership, communication, teamwork and responsible representation of the university.
The programme featured ‘Melodies and Moments’, presenting cultural performances by students, followed by prize distribution and the presentation of certificates to participants.
Addressing the gathering, Chancellor Prof P.K. Khosla interacted with the newly inducted Campus Ambassadors and unveiled the official logo of the Campus Ambassador Programme.
The Campus Ambassador Programme is headed by Dr Rajesh Dorbala and Dr Geetansh Sharma. The Council Heads include Aryan Sharma, Gauri Tandon, Jahanvi Dhar, Nischay Tomar and Vanshika Mittal. Dr Rajesh Dorbala delivered the vote of thanks at the conclusion of the formal ceremony.
The day concluded at Yogananda Library with a special session titled ‘In Conversation with Chetan Monga’, moderated by Vice Chancellor Prof Atul Khosla. The session provided students with an opportunity to engage in an informal discussion on social media, creativity and communication.
