Rotary Royal Solan’s Anil Chauhan Honoured as ‘National Rotary Champion’

New Delhi/Solan, August 10: It was a proud moment for Rotary Royal Solan and Rotary District 3080 as former club president Anil Chauhan was honoured with the prestigious title of “National Rotary Champion” by Rotary International President Olayinka H. Babalola.
The award was presented personally by the Rotary International President at the “Celebrating Impact” awards ceremony held in New Delhi on August 10, 2026. The nomination was made on the recommendation of ZEE5.
Anil Chauhan has played a significant role in strengthening Rotary’s public image by effectively using the power of social media. With more than 15,000 followers across Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn, he has transformed digital platforms into an effective medium for promoting service, compassion and community engagement.
Through creative storytelling and engaging reels, Chauhan has not only inspired several people to associate with Rotary but has also helped generate CSR support and grant opportunities for various service projects.
