JNV Bandrol Organizes Cleanliness Pledge and Awareness Programme

Kullu, August 8: Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya (JNV), Bandrol organized a cleanliness pledge and awareness programme on Saturday as part of the Swachhata Pakhwada campaign. The programme aimed to sensitise students and teachers about the importance of cleanliness and encourage them to contribute towards maintaining a clean and healthy environment.

Principal Pratap Singh Thakur, teachers, staff members and students attended the programme. National Youth Volunteers from Mera Yuva Bharat, Kullu, including Lakshmi Kashyap, Tanuja, Dharmendra, Suman Vyas and Ashish, also participated and extended their support for the successful conduct of the programme.

During the event, National Youth Volunteer Lakshmi Kashyap administered the cleanliness pledge to students and staff members. Through the pledge, participants committed themselves to maintaining cleanliness in their surroundings, spreading awareness about hygiene and contributing actively to building a clean and healthy India.

The programme also highlighted the importance of cleanliness, environmental protection and personal and community hygiene. Students were encouraged to make cleanliness an integral part of their daily lives and motivate people around them to adopt better cleanliness practices.
