Workshop on RAMP Programme and GeM Portal Empowers Women Entrepreneurs

Una, August 4: The Department of Industries, Una, organized a one-day workshop under the Raising and Accelerating MSME Performance (RAMP) Programme at the DRDA Conference Hall to promote Market Success & Sustainability, Market Finance, and the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) Portal. Around 100 women from Haroli block participated in the programme.

Industrial Promotional Officer Dakeshwar Thakur said the workshop aimed to help women entrepreneurs and MSMEs leverage digital platforms, government procurement opportunities, and financial schemes to expand their businesses and become self-reliant.

Experts provided training on business development, branding, quality improvement, financial assistance, and GeM portal registration, while encouraging participants to take advantage of government procurement opportunities through the online platform.
