Meritorious Students to Be Honoured in Hamirpur

Sarvajan Kalyan Sabha, Hamirpur unit, will organise a grand felicitation ceremony on July 11 at Bassi Palace to honour meritorious students for their outstanding academic achievements in board examinations.
According to Sabha State President Naveen Sharma, the event will recognise State Board toppers from the Hamirpur Assembly constituency as well as school toppers from more than 50 government and private schools. Over 150 students will be felicitated during the programme.
Renowned scientist and Padma Shri awardee Dr. P. L. Gautam will attend the event as the chief guest and address the students, sharing insights to motivate them in their academic and professional journeys.
Naveen Sharma said the initiative aims not only to honour academic excellence but also to inspire students to pursue higher goals and encourage a culture of educational achievement. He described education as the foundation of social progress and said recognising young achievers motivates other students to strive for excellence.
He also acknowledged the contribution of parents, teachers, and school managements in the success of the students, stating that their guidance and encouragement play a vital role in shaping young talent.
The Sabha has appealed to educators, parents, and citizens to participate in the programme and encourage the students.
