Adopt Natural Farming to Enhance Income, MLA Kamlesh Thakur Urges Farmers at ATMA Workshop

Nadaun, February 24: A farmers’ awareness programme under the ATMA project was organised at Jasai village in Nadaun subdivision, where Dehra MLA Kamlesh Thakur encouraged farmers to adopt natural farming to improve income and produce healthy crops. She highlighted the state government’s initiatives to strengthen rural economy, including higher prices for naturally grown produce and increased milk rates. The MLA also distributed vegetable seeds to farmers and spoke about development initiatives in the constituency. ATMA officials and APMC Hamirpur representatives shared information on schemes promoting sustainable agriculture.
